The koinobori is a koi carp-shaped windsock that can be seen billowing in the air, all over Japan, on Children's Day, May 5th. Through this symbolic object, parents encourage their children to be strong and valorous, and wish them lifelong happiness, prosperity, joy and good health.
Because cherry blossoms are a strong and timeless symbol of Japan, they decorate this smallest koi in the tattoo series.
The windsock is made in Global Organic Textile Standard-certified cotton.
Machine washable 30°C.
Approx. 45x17 cm
